AMtek has revealed its plans to announce iTablet Speed-Lite that will be based on the newly released Nvidia's Tegra-2 SoC. The tablet is to be announced next month at Computex 2010. The tablet comes with a 10.1-inch screen with 1024x600 screen resolution featuring multi-touch capability. There will be 1GB RAM and a 512MB ROM. The storage can be increased through memory cards. It runs Nvidia's 1GHz Tegra2 system on chip (SoC) which is expected to perform significantly faster than the Apple’s A4 chip used in iPad. It will also include Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth2.1, GPS and optional 3G connectivity. The tablet comes with a 2.0MP camera and runs Windows CE6, Linux or Android 2.0 OS. Pricing and release details are to be announced later.
